This 2014 Marquette Rosé was inspired by our love for rosé wine. It’s off-dry, juicy and fruit forward with enough mouthwatering acidity to keep you looking for that next sip. Crafted from our higher-elevation Marquette grapes, it has just a hint of sweetness and a lovely watermelon, raspberry, lemon zest profile. Spring isn’t the only time to drink rosé; one sip of this wine and you’ll be drinking it all year round!
Grape Information: Marquette Rosé is made from Marquette grapes grown here at Fresh Tracks Farm, as well as a splash of our Adalmiina grapes. Marquette is a cousin to the Frontenac grape, and a “grandchild” of Pinot Noir. It continues to grow in popularity across colder wine regions for it’s hardiness and wine quality.
Suggested Pairings: This wine is perfect for spring and summer gatherings, picnics, and as an accompaniment to an alpine cheese board. Try it with this Citrus Kale Salad, tabbouleh, buttery grilled corn, and more!
