A rosé to honor those in our local community who care for our animal friends and neighbors. $2.00 from each bottle sold will go to support a local animal charity chosen by our patrons. Crafted from our Frontenac grapes, this wine leans towards flavors of Rainier cherry, orange peel, and peach jam.
Grape Information: 100% FTF-grown Frontenac. This grape is a deep garnet color with cherry aromas and a dark fruit palate. The vine is seriously cold hardy, producing a good sized crop after winters as cold as -36 degrees Fahrenheit. It is a vigorous vine that gets established rather quickly. Frontenac is also extremely disease resistant, which is an important trait for a wetter region like Vermont.
Suggested Pairings: Try with creamy curries, rich appetizers, chinese-style dishes and much more!
